Scope and purposes
We process the data you submit in the contact form (name, phone, e-mail, message) to present the investment offer and to contact you, plus aggregated statistics on site usage.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent — analytics and marketing cookies), (b) (pre-contractual and sales contact) and (f) (legitimate interest — site security).
Cookies
Necessary cookies always run. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager) and marketing cookies load only after consent, using Google Consent Mode v2.
Recipients
Hosting providers, analytics providers (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the hotel operator for contract performance. Transfers outside the EEA occur only under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Contact data: up to 24 months from the last contact. Cookie consent record: 12 months. Analytics data: per GA4 settings (up to 14 months).
